Residents spoke positively about the care and support they receive, feeling safe and respected by staff who encourage engagement in activities and maintain their social relationships with family and friends. Staff support people with varying levels of motivation and prompting to participate in daily life while respecting their individuality.

The service maintains safe recruitment processes and staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities. Residents access healthcare services with staff seeking guidance from healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate care. The team works cohesively to help people lead more independent lives, and residents are provided with balanced meals with choice and variety.
