People were positive about the support they received, particularly during the pandemic, with residents noting that staff helped them maintain a clean home and consistently wore masks. Staff demonstrated knowledge of personal protective equipment procedures, though their practical familiarity had diminished due to limited use of full PPE in their day-to-day work. The registered manager committed to refreshing staff training on the correct sequence for putting on and removing PPE.
