Bath MIND 82 Lower Oldfield Park provides care and support for up to eight people with mental health needs in a converted town house with shared living spaces. During inspection, all eight residents were living at the service. People were positive about the support they received, particularly during the pandemic, with residents noting that staff helped them maintain a clean home and consistently wore masks.

Staff demonstrated knowledge of personal protective equipment procedures, though their practical familiarity had diminished due to limited use of full PPE in their day-to-day work. The registered manager committed to refreshing staff training on the correct sequence for putting on and removing PPE.
