Bartley Green Lodge Residential Care Home

Bartley Green Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 47 people, predominantly aged 65 and over. At inspection, 38 people were living at the home. The service is spread across three floors in one adapted building, with two units specialising in dementia care.

People consistently reported feeling safe at the home. Staff had completed safeguarding training and understood their responsibilities to protect residents from abuse and harm. Staff assessed and effectively managed risks, with the registered manager ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs.
