People were happy with the care they received and felt safe and well looked after. Staff had been safely recruited and received training in safeguarding, with a clear understanding of their responsibilities to protect people from abuse. Both people and staff spoke positively about the management, with staff receiving regular guidance and support from management.
A system was in place to monitor the quality and safety of the service.
