About Barrow Hall Care Centre
The centre provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 37 people with mental health conditions or those who misuse drugs or alcohol, across three adapted areas. At inspection, 30 people were living there.
People were happy with the care they received and felt safe and well looked after. Staff had been safely recruited and received training in safeguarding, with a clear understanding of their responsibilities to protect people from abuse. Both people and staff spoke positively about the management, with staff receiving regular guidance and support from management. A system was in place to monitor the quality and safety of the service.
