This care home accommodates up to 10 people with learning disabilities and autism; 8 were living there at inspection. Inspectors found the home had not consistently met all underpinning principles expected for supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic people. While recent improvements had been made, people had not always received the care needed to live safe and fulfilling lives. Medicine administration, though improving, had not previously been safe and consistent. Staff had not always followed people's risk plans, though this area was being actively monitored and practice was improving.
