Badgers House Care Home

Badgers House Care Home provides accommodation and personal care to up to six people with learning disabilities and autism, who live in individual flats across two houses on the same site. Staff knew people well and communicated effectively with them, ensuring they were involved in decisions affecting their lives. The service supported people to have maximum choice and control, with staff focusing on their strengths and promoting what they could do to enable fulfilling, meaningful everyday lives. People had choice about their living environment and could arrange and decorate their flats as they preferred. The care home provided a safe and clean environment meeting people's needs and supported people to access specialist health and social care support in the community.
