Staff now follow Trust fire drill policies, and temperature monitoring procedures have been implemented in line with provider policies. The registered manager responded promptly to earlier identified shortfalls, though quality assurance processes initially failed to detect these issues.

At this inspection, inspectors found improvements across the areas of concern from the previous assessment in July 2017. The service continues to work on strengthening its quality assurance procedures to identify and address potential issues proactively before they impact the safety and wellbeing of people in the home.
