Avon's House

Avon's House provides personal care to five people with learning disabilities or autism, with two living at the service permanently and three using it for respite care. Each person has their own bedroom with shared access to kitchen, bathrooms and garden facilities. The service delivers person-centred support designed to promote meaningful lives with control, choice and independence for residents.

People spoke positively about their experience at the service. One resident commented, "I love it at Avon's House because it is such a great place. The staff are all very kind, polite and caring." Care is delivered with a focus on promoting choice, control, independence and inclusion, allowing people to achieve the best possible outcomes.
