Avondale Lodge

Avondale Lodge provides residential care for up to 12 people living with a learning disability in an adapted building in Redcar and Cleveland. At inspection, all 12 residents were living at the service. Staff worked well to support people's communication needs and were proactive in helping residents maintain contact with loved ones through a designated visiting area. Good procedures were in place for safe visitor access, and the service had implemented small environmental changes to support social distancing. The premises were clean throughout, with sufficient PPE available.
