Ashurst House provides personal care to seven people with a learning disability in one adapted building. A new leadership team appointed since the last inspection has made significant improvements. People report being happy and fulfilled, with staff described as kind and supportive.

Relatives note the service has vastly improved and management are "on top of things.

The leadership team has developed a culture centered around residents' preferences and goals. Staff remain flexible to changing needs and support people to make informed decisions. Staff actively seek residents' views on all aspects of the service and act on feedback.

Residents have privacy, hold keys to their bedrooms, and staff only enter with permission.
