People felt safe with effective systems in place to maintain safety throughout the home. Both residents and relatives praised staff for their kind, caring, and compassionate approach. The atmosphere and culture at the home had improved.

Medicines were generally managed well, though inspectors made a recommendation regarding medicines record keeping.
