Ashcroft accommodates up to 66 people across three floors, with a specialist dementia care unit on the first floor. The home is managed by a newly appointed registered manager. At this inspection, inspectors found the service continued to meet the good rating from the previous inspection, with evidence of improvements in some areas to outstanding. The service was noted as exceptionally caring, demonstrating strength in how staff interact with and support residents.
