Inspectors found leadership to be strong and visible, with staff feeling valued and supported to raise concerns. Governance was well established, with regular audits and good partnership working with health professionals. Residents described staff as caring and responsive, with one saying, "It's absolutely wonderful, they can't do enough for me.
