About Apple Blossom Court

Apple Blossom Court is a residential care home supporting up to 17 people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC assessed the service after concerns were raised, and found it was performing well overall, with people described as safe and happy living there.

Inspectors found care plans were detailed and person centred, staff were kind, attentive and respectful, and people had good opportunities for activities and community involvement. Some improvements were still needed around medicines record-keeping and maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the environment, though overall progress had been made since the previous inspection.
