Anchor House - Doncaster

Anchor House provides personal care for up to 23 people, with 20 residents at the time of inspection, some living with dementia. The home is managed by a registered manager supported by a deputy manager and assistant deputy manager. The management team has strengthened quality monitoring systems. However, accidents, incidents and safeguarding concerns identified at the service had not been properly reported to relevant authorities including the local authority and CQC. The home maintains predominantly clean environments with appropriate infection control measures in place. Recent maintenance improvements have enhanced cleaning accessibility in certain areas.
