Staff were described as friendly and attentive, with residents confirming there were sufficient staff numbers to meet their needs and spend quality time with them.
People felt safe and comfortable with the staff, who demonstrated good knowledge of individual residents and their support requirements.
Staff were well-trained and felt supported in their roles. Regular checks ensured staff worked in accordance with their training and that health and safety guidance was consistently followed. The home offered plenty of communal space for residents to use and enjoy.
