Abbeywell Court

This care home accommodates up to 45 people requiring personal and nursing care, including older people, those living with dementia, people with mental health concerns, and younger adults. The service operates across two floors in one adapted building, with communal rooms on each level and an enclosed garden available to residents. At inspection, 38 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that while some progress had been made, improvements were still needed in quality assurance processes. Specifically, risks were not being effectively monitored, and care plans were not consistently kept in line with people's changing needs.
