The service accommodates up to six people with a learning disability or autism, currently supporting five residents. Staff empower people to make choices about their lives and help them pursue their interests, aspirations and goals. The care home provides a safe, clean and homely environment where residents can personalise their bedrooms to reflect their preferences.

The service uses least restrictive practices supported by positive behaviour approaches, with each person having an individualised behavioural plan describing de-escalation and support strategies. Residents receive the medicines they need for their health, with managers closely monitoring any medicines prescribed to manage distress, ensuring they are used appropriately and only as a last resort.
