This care home provides personal care to three people living with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service is designed around principles of control, choice, and independence, enabling residents to live meaningful lives. People receive planned, person-centred support that is tailored to their individual needs and promotes inclusion. The care home aims to help residents achieve the best possible outcomes while maintaining as much autonomy and full participation in daily life as possible.
