This service provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight people with mental health needs in a large house spread across three floors. At the time of inspection, all eight places were occupied. People using the service feel safe, and staff have received training to recognise signs of abuse and confidently report concerns. Risk assessments are in place that enable people to maintain independence while staying safe, with staff skilled at balancing risk management against people's rights and autonomy. The service maintains sufficient staffing with appropriate skill mix to meet people's needs, and employs robust recruitment processes that ensure all necessary checks are completed before staff begin work.
