This residential care home provides short-term respite care for up to 6 people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, physical disability, and sensory impairment. During inspection, 5 people were present on the first day and 6 on the second day.

The service has a management structure in place and staff understand their roles within the team. The provider operates a system for managing accidents and incidents, and the management team works in partnership with various professionals. However, the quality assurance processes failed to identify and correct several issues found during inspection. The service was not able to demonstrate how it was meeting some key principles around ensuring people receive proper support, care, and a positive culture where their dignity, choices, and independence are respected.
