1 & 2 Flax Cottages

1 & 2 Flax Cottages provides care and support for people with a learning disability across two bungalows. Six people were living at the service during inspection, though it is registered for up to nine residents. The home is designed to enable people to live meaningful lives with control, choice and independence, receiving person-centred support that is planned and coordinated to meet individual needs. The bungalows fit well within the residential area, and staff do not wear uniforms when out with people, helping the service blend into the community. Systems are in place to protect people from the risk of abuse.
