My mother has been at Willowbrook Manor for eight months and the care has been outstanding. The staff are attentive, kind, and genuinely care about the residents. The dementia care team have been particularly impressive - they understand Mum's needs and communicate with us regularly. The facilities are excellent and the activities programme keeps her engaged. Highly recommend.

Dad moved to Willowbrook Manor last year and it was the best decision we made. The nursing care is excellent and the staff treat him with dignity and respect. Willowbrook Manor provides excellent care overall. The staff are professional and caring, and my aunt seems content there. The facilities are modern and clean. Communication could be slightly better during busy periods, but overall we're very satisfied. The garden is lovely and residents clearly enjoy spending time there.
