The activities coordinator does a brilliant job keeping everyone engaged. Food looks and smells wonderful. It's clear this is a well-run home that genuinely cares about quality of life.

Willowbrook Manor provides excellent care overall. The staff are professional and caring, and my aunt seems content there. The facilities are modern and clean. Communication could be slightly better during busy periods, but overall we're very satisfied. The garden is lovely and residents clearly enjoy spending time there.
