Wisteria House (Plymstock) Dementia Care is a care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 20 older people living with dementia. The CQC found the service continues to perform exceptionally well, maintaining its outstanding rating overall. Inspectors found people felt very safe and were supported by sufficient numbers of skilled, experienced staff.

People and their relatives told inspectors they were fully involved in decisions about managing risks, and residents were supported to maintain independence, choice and control over their daily lives. Safety was rated good, while caring, effectiveness, responsiveness and leadership were all found to be outstanding.
