Residents reported enjoying their home and appreciated the staff, with clear evidence of fond relationships between people and staff members. People were treated with respect and actively participated in choosing their activities, with care records showing their full involvement in planning their own care. Staff encouraged independence and created an environment where residents felt comfortable raising concerns.
