Victory Socialcare Enterprise

Victory Social Care Enterprise provides residential accommodation for up to 12 people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 10 people were using the service. The inspection found that the provider had not ensured all staff were suitably trained or supported to perform their roles effectively. Some staff members were identified as lacking adequate preparation for their responsibilities in supporting residents with their care needs.
