Venville House

Venville House provides personal care for up to eight residents. People living there feel safe and loved, speaking positively about the manager and staff team. Staff are aware of safeguarding responsibilities and know how to report concerns, protecting people from abuse and harm. Sufficient staffing levels ensure people's needs are met, with staff possessing the necessary skills, knowledge and experience. Safe recruitment practices are in place.

Staff treat residents with dignity and respect, demonstrating kindness and patience in their care approach. People's needs and choices are known and respected, with staff understanding their roles and responsibilities. Staff follow infection control guidance and have access to Personal Protective Equipment. They liaise with health and social care professionals to ensure residents' health and care needs are properly met.
