Hart Care Residential Home

Hart Care is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 54 older people. At inspection, 30 people were using the service. A new management team had been appointed with the skills and experience to improve the quality of care. The team monitored and audited the service to ensure care remained consistently good. The home had made significant improvements in how medicines were managed, implementing new systems to ensure people received their medications safely and appropriately. Staff supported residents with various needs, and the management demonstrated clear oversight of care provision and resident well-being throughout the home.
