Treetops Nursing Home

Treetops Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 34 people, including older adults with physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The CQC's assessment, prompted by information received about the service, found it to be performing well overall and rated it Good.

Inspectors found people felt safe and were protected from abuse, with safe recruitment and sufficient staffing in place. Care was person-centred, promoting independence and choice, and staff knew people's needs well. Governance systems, including effective audits, helped the home identify and address areas for improvement, and complaints were handled appropriately.
