Tollemache Road Respite Service

The service provides short stay respite services for up to 10 adults with learning disabilities or physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, six people were using the service, with occupancy varying week to week.

The service maintained safe visiting procedures, including temperature checks for all visitors and requiring evidence of negative COVID-19 tests before entry. Shielding and social distancing rules were complied with, and the environment had been adapted to support these measures. Staff demonstrated good practice in implementing these safety protocols to protect the people using the service and visitors.
