The Old Vicarage

The Old Vicarage is a residential care home offering nursing care to up to 30 older adults, some living with dementia, with 20 people living there at the time of assessment. People said they felt safe and well cared for, though views on how promptly staff responded were mixed. Staff felt supported and worked well with other professionals, and audits helped leaders maintain oversight of quality and safety.
