Residents reported inconsistent staff attitudes, with one person stating "Some staff are very caring but some can be horrible to me," while another highlighted ongoing issues with facilities, noting they had never had access to hot water despite living there for a year. Medicine management practices fall short of standards, with administration records lacking necessary timing details for medicines requiring precise spacing or timing with food. Additionally, not all staff have current medicines training or competency assessments in place.
