The Holt Retirement Home

The Holt Retirement Home accommodates up to 22 people in a two-storey building providing nursing and residential care. At inspection, 17 people were living there with access to communal areas. Staff demonstrated positive interactions with residents and provided person-centred support, showing they knew people well. The home supported residents in maintaining important relationships with friends and family through face-to-face visits in the indoor conservatory, which had robust cleaning procedures in place. For those unable to receive in-person visits, alternative options were available using technology such as phone calls.
