The Gables

The Gables in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, provides care and support for up to seven adults with learning disabilities. At inspection, five people were living at the service, which is part of The Fremantle Trust.

Inspectors found safe arrangements in place for professionals visiting the service. These included requiring confirmed negative lateral flow tests, COVID-19 vaccination status, COVID-19 passes, hand sanitisation, and the use of personal protective equipment. Policies, procedures and risk assessments related to COVID-19 were current, enabling staff to maintain protective measures effectively throughout the service.
