The Friendly Inn

The Friendly Inn accommodates up to 30 people requiring personal care, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 26 residents were present with two in hospital.

People feel safe at the home. Staff and management demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge and take a proactive approach to risk reduction, taking action to prevent accidents and incidents from recurring. The home recruits staff safely and maintains adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs. Residents receive their medicines when required.
