About The Four Seasons Trust Limited - 33 Abbotswood
This care home provides accommodation and personal care for up to four people with learning disabilities and/or autism, though currently three people live there. Care plans were not fully up to date and did not always reflect people's risks, needs and preferences. While work was underway to review and update care plans to better describe how each person should be supported, older plans still in use contained outdated information. This meant staff lacked accurate guidance on how to support people with specific needs.
