Stonepit Close

Stonepit Close provides personal care for up to 10 adults across two connected houses, Holly House and Jan Norton House, each with separate entrances and facilities. At inspection, all 10 available places were occupied. The service maintained a robust testing regime with two lateral flow tests per week and weekly PCR tests for people and staff in line with government guidance.

Family members confirmed their relatives felt safe. Staff demonstrated clear understanding of their safeguarding responsibilities and how to protect people from harm. The service had processes in place to assess and identify risks to people, with guidance available to staff on managing these risks effectively.
