Family members spoke positively about the home's management of COVID-19 risks and its efforts to keep residents safe. One family member said: "I think they've done really well. They update us all the time.
The home is always clean. I know he is safe and well. He's happy.
" Relatives appreciated the regular communication and cleanliness standards maintained throughout the service.
