St. Catherines Residential Care Home

St Catherine's is a residential care home accommodating up to 22 people in one adapted building. At the time of the inspection, 13 people were living there. The service had previously failed to meet regulations regarding safe care and quality monitoring, but inspectors found that many improvements had been made and the identified breaches had been resolved. However, some continued improvements were needed to ensure people received consistently safe care.

Some staff members still needed to complete their training on how to support people to move and transfer safely, an area requiring further development to maintain safety standards across the home.
