This nursing home provides personal and nursing care to up to 34 people, with 26 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports people with neurological and mental health conditions alongside those living with physical and learning disabilities in a purpose-built facility.

Residents felt safe with experienced staff but expressed concerns about newly recruited staff, whom they did not consider competent in essential care tasks. Despite completing moving and handling training, new staff were not always proficient in supporting residents with hoisting. People's medicines were not always stored appropriately, raising additional safety concerns about care quality.
