Spring Gardens

Spring Gardens provides personal care and support for up to 30 older people in the Otley area of Leeds. The home features two floors with lift access, several communal lounge areas, front car parking, and an enclosed garden. At inspection, 28 people were using the service.

Medicines were managed safely, with action taken during the inspection to improve records and storage. Staff maintained the home to a clean and tidy standard. Risks were managed well, with individualised plans in place to keep people safe. The provider had systems established to protect people from abuse and improper treatment.
