Soham Lodge

Soham Lodge provides personal and nursing care to 26 people in an adapted building, with capacity for up to 34 residents. The home supports older and younger adults with dementia, nursing needs, and mental health needs.

Staff demonstrate good knowledge of individual residents' needs, wishes and preferences. They regularly assess and monitor risks to people, responding promptly to any changes in care and support requirements. Care plans and records are reviewed and updated as needed. Staff use their training to safeguard residents and keep them safe, with clear knowledge of reporting procedures both within the home and externally for any concerns.
