At the previous inspection in March 2017, inspectors identified breaches relating to medicine management and record-keeping, with concerns that insufficient staffing levels were deployed to meet residents' needs. The provider was asked to develop an action plan addressing safety, responsiveness, and leadership to achieve at least a good rating.

This follow-up inspection took place in May 2018 to assess improvements made against these identified areas.
