Shakti Lodge

This residential care home provides personal care to up to 26 people aged 65 and over, some of whom are living with dementia. At the time of inspection, the service was accommodating 17 people in one adapted building.

The home has implemented quality assurance processes to monitor the quality of care and identify shortfalls within the service. These systems track what actions have been taken to resolve issues. However, actions taken were not always consistently implemented across all areas.
