Serene Residential Care Limited

The home has made significant improvements since the last inspection, with positive feedback from residents, families, staff, and health professionals about the care and support provided. The premises are clean with consistent infection control practices in place.

All individual risks for residents have been reviewed and understood by staff, with care plans and risk assessments kept up to date. Senior care staff have dedicated time throughout the day to check and update records. The service has enhanced its approach to dietary needs and risks. Where potential hazards were identified during inspection, these were addressed immediately. Staff continue to work on further personalising care plans to reflect each person's individual needs and wishes.
