Relatives reported that people were safe, staff were kind, and their relatives received good care and support. The service maintained safe recruitment processes with essential checks completed before staff started working.
The home operated robust systems to manage risks and keep people safe. Staff administered medicines safely and as prescribed, and staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs. The environment was clean and odour free, with increased infection control measures implemented in response to coronavirus.
Staff received appropriate training and support to carry out their roles effectively.
