The home demonstrated strong practice in supporting residents to maintain relationships with loved ones. During the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, staff introduced innovative 'drive through' visiting, an initiative that gained local media attention. The home also participated in a pilot programme using 30-minute lateral flow tests to enable close contact visits in a safe way.
