Roxburgh House (West Midlands)

Roxburgh House is a residential home providing care and accommodation for up to 44 people who do not require nursing care, including those with dementia. At inspection, 33 residents were living at the service.

The home demonstrated good practice in following current government COVID-19 guidelines. Staff and visitors received comprehensive checks on arrival to reduce infection risks. The service carefully managed visitor bookings, scheduling them at times that suited residents and spacing them appropriately to avoid crowding.
