Rosebank Lodge

Rosebank Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 8 adults with a learning disability and autistic people. Following a previous rating of requires improvement, the CQC found the home had resolved earlier breaches around safeguarding, risk management, staff training, medicines and governance, and rated it good overall.

Inspectors found a new, stable management team had brought noticeable improvement, with better-managed risks, redecorated communal areas, a new sensory room and effective oversight systems. People and relatives described staff as kind and caring, feeling calmer and safer, with the home now well-led and responsive to concerns.
